他建議每天晚上睡前有一個反思reflection的時間, 反思四件事: 1.今天有什麼值得感謝的? (不論是你做了什麼或發生了什麼都可以) 2.有什麼事情是你期待的? (專注在小事上,像是明天或後天可以完成的事) 3.你今天做了什麼讓你為自己驕傲? 4.今天有什麼是你可以做得更好的或是可以改進的?
雖然每天待在家,感覺生活好像一成不變, 但透過這種每晚的反思,總能幫助自己及孩子發掘一些不同 一些期待 一些肯定 與 一些目標。 讓我們在居家的日子裡活得更有力量與意義。
Here's a short video provided by a counselor, who wants to teach people how to take care of themselves and their children. Mr. Munson said there is total 10 different short videos, but he encouraged people to watch one each day.
He encouraged people to have daily reflection every night. 1. What's something you're grateful for today? 2. What's something you're hopeful for? ( focus on small goals, something you can done tomorrow or the day after tomorrow) 3. What's something you're proud of today? 4. What's something you want to improve?
While we're all stay at home, everyday seems to be the same. However, through this kind of reflections, we can help ourselves and children to find out differences, hope, achievements and goals. Let's having more strength and purposes in our stay-home lives.
