這個世界，告訴人們要勇敢， 不可以哭，軟弱是不被接納的。 This world told people to be brave. Don't cry. Weakness is not acceptable.

這個社會，教導我們要堅強， 不要求助，應該要跟別人"一樣"。 This society taught us to be strong, Don't ask for help. You should act like others.

這個環境，提醒小孩要當乖孩子， 你應該表現得很好，跟正常的人做朋友。 This environment reminds children to be "good kids". You should act great and make friends with normal people.

這些都是謊言。 These are all lies.

沒有人不會哭，眼淚是上帝給人調節自己情緒的禮物。 沒有人不需要求助，親友專業人士是我們的支持者。 No one doesn't cry. Tears are the gifts God gave us to regulate our emotions. No one doesn't need help. Family, friends and professionals are our supports.

你可以活出自己。 You can be yourself.
